I'm Christina Desormeaux
I am a Senior Instructional Designer that helps nonprofit organizations train their staff and volunteers in a way that lasts. I take the important things they need to learn, and turn them into clear, story-based learning sessions that are easier to understand, remember, and use in real life.
A lifelong reader and lover of stories, I learned early on that narratives aren’t just for entertainment. They’re one of the most powerful keys to meaningful learning. By weaving real-life scenarios and authentic human stories into the courses I design, I help learners connect with the material in a way that actually sticks.
